MOVEMENT
These are the main movement practices I carefully thread and teach. Turning each practice into a beautiful moving hybrid - from gentle motion to powerful sequencing; a moment to dance and shake out, another to pause, breath, and contemplate.

Moving Medicine
Our natural state as human beings is health and joy. The body gives signs in order to communicate a glitch on its natural systemic balance.
When we move, we enhance our sensibility and awareness to the body.
To move intentionally and aware of your steps, your thoughts, your emotions, you as a whole being, brings us to a process of acknowledgement/expression/release.
Movement as a pathway of feeling and healing... An ancient medicine for the body and soul. All we need to do is slowly tap onto our roots and move.
Body-Mind, A (complex) love story
The human need of rationalizing each experience as a way of trying to make sense of the world and ourselves can be overwhelming. How can we learn and integrate all sorts of information without loosing ourselves in the name of logic and reason?
Drop into the Body • Breath • Motion
In these rituals, movement will be your shaman; there’s nothing more intimate and profound than the journey that brings you back home to who you truly are.
Make it yours.
The journey through (e)Motion
Hi, I’m Carolina
and I’m a movement weaver
I’ve been dancing for my whole life - professionally since I was 16 years old. Since then, I never intended to define my movement career to any limited definition of what it could be;
Throughout this last 20 years, I’ve been weaving many movement practices: yoga, dance, pilates, barre ... Thread by thread, step by step, an infinite tapestry of movement keeps on dancing beneath my feet, celebrating my journey here on this planet.
I am here to guide humans into their movement journey, through the depths of intuitive and expressive (e)motion.
It is not a workout, it is not a choreography, it is a moving ritual.
My Services
MoVEMENT TEMPLE

A ritual does not have to be a serious character event or to have a strict structure attached to it, so, it’s highly possible you already took part in many rituals, such as: celebrating a birthday or any festive holiday.
In the rituals I guide, you can expect:
- consentment within everything we do;
- a meditative state throughout the journey, motivated by guidance on the breath, movement and meditation;
- a direction rooted in both individual and collective intentions, in ways of being meaningful with high frequency expansion;
- use of creative tools such as: dancing, drawing, writing, expressing through the body.
-
Not at all.
Although rituals were/are used by many religions, they do not have to be linked to any religion. These rituals are portals for self-knowledge & awareness. They are deep dives onto our spiritual paths and connection with our ancient wisdom (to know through the body and spirit). From ancient knowledge of many cultures, (including yours) we recall the sacred act of ‘ritualization’. All beings with or without religion are welcomed.

A Cacao circle is a ceremony where we drink the food of the gods - pure cacao. Coming from the Mesoamerican tribes, the Mayans and Aztecs would drink cacao as a way of honoring the gods, as rites of passage, celebration and medicine.
In this circle we use the cacao plant in its pure state - fair-trade cacao paste melted in water and spices (such as cinnamon and cardamom).
We sit in a circle to share the medicine, to honor the roots and to open our hearts for the journey that arrives.
-
No. Cacao has a mild stimulating mood-enhancing property due to the presence of compounds like theobromine and a small amount of caffeine. You might experience a feeling of relaxation or a slight ‘buzz’ that slowly vanishes. The effects vary depending on your sensitivity to these compounds.
-
A gathering where Women come together to share, support and connect in a safe and nurturing space. Usually, the circle will be linked to a specific theme or intention. We sit in circle to open the ceremony, followed by a sharing circle with meaningful conversations and mindful activities to then give closure to it.

Exclusive to all Women (aka human beings that identify themselves as Women - queer friendly). It is not advised to bring girls with less than 16years old as some subjects might have a lot of intensity and maturity for a younger girl to integrate.
