Intentional

Rituals

The word ritual comes from ritus - rite, ceremony.

Throughout our history as humans, rituals were created to provide structure, maintain harmony within the community and nature as acts of worship/tradition and a portal for the divine spiritual world.

A ritual can be any sequence of actions that are meaningful towards an intention or believe; from prepping your morning coffee to the way you massage your feet after a long day, rituals exist to ground you into the present moment and magnify your intentional purpose within these actions.

To take our day-to-day life embraced in small rituals is to transform the mundane into extraordinary.

This might come as the simplest act of gathering with your loved ones, or a movement practice rooted in a deeper intention, a slow evening cup of tea prepared with love and presence or an old family recipe that is kept for generations… It is more than being consistent with a habit; you are fully present and committed on performing the action(s) with a meaningful purpose to your heart…

rituals are a potent medicine for the soul.

In a circle no one is in front of you, neither behind you, no one is above you or below you:

RITUALS

A ritual of the feminine free of judgments or expectations. This gathering is about holding space for the self and for the Woman sat by your side.

𖥸 To feel seen, safe, heard, held and witnessed.

In a world that often tells us how we should look/ talk /be, it’s important to be reminded of our wilderness and unique beauty - to honor our cyclical femininity and connect with our sisters.

The circle aligns with our own emotional flow, offering a space for full expression and acknowledgment of our waves of feelings & emotions. We place our words and feelings within the sacred circle for each Woman to communicate, feel, be heard and heal.

WOMEN’S CIRCLE

Cacao, known as the food of the gods.

Blessed by the Mayan culture, the cacao tree was praised and carefully kept by the mesoamerican tribes. They have known cacao on its healing properties to open the heart and connect with the divine.

Although cacao is not rooted in my culture, it is a plant medicine I bow to and use in my daily life. It is subtle on its teachings, smooth on its texture but also robust on the flavor and its messages.

Cacao speaks to the heart, not just by gently stimulating the heart beat (due to theobromine and a bit of caffeine) but to be an ancient fruit with a long history. It was given after birth to mothers, it was traded with gold, it was offered in ceremonies and before hunts. Now, we have the privilege and honor to feel its grounding wisdom.

Nowadays, cacao is in every home, every country labeled in every language. But unfortunately, not in its sacred and pure form. Cacao has been processed, sweetened, stripped of its depth to become a product.

To take cerimonial cacao from its native source, fair-trade and supportive of its tribes and communities that have preserved it, is to honor the spirit of mother nature and our own nature.

𖥸 Cacao reminds us of what we might forgotten.

𖥸 Reminds us of how it feels rather than what it looks.

𖥸 Reminds us of empathy and true connection within ourselves and our community.

𖥸 It reminds us we are also nature and divine.
